RENTAL CONDITIONS
Seasons
- High: 01 June to 30 September
- Low: Rest of the year
Schedules
- ½ Day: 10 to 14 hrs or 16 to 20 Hrs (Depending on light conditions.)
- Full Day: 11 to 19 Hrs (Consult other possible schedules)
Conditions & Cancellations
- It is only possible to rent with skipper.
- An aperitif on board is included in the price.
- The reservation of the boat will not be confirmed until the payment of 50% of the total amount of the rental. The rest of the amount must be paid at least 24 hours before boarding.
- Bad weather conditions: If adverse weather conditions affecting seaworthiness are forecast, the date may be changed, subject to availability and being communicated at least 2 days before boarding.
- Rio Cabe is covered by a Civil Liability insurance policy as required by current legislation.
Cancellations by the customer
- In case of cancellations up to 7 days before the boarding date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded except for a penalty of 50 € for handling fees.
- In case of cancellations between 7 and 2 days before boarding, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- In case of cancellations less than 2 days before the boarding date, the customer will lose 100% of the amount paid. In the event that the company is able to re-rental the boat on the date indicated, the company will refund the customer the amount transferred with a penalty of 50 € for management fees.
Other Extras on request
- Departure and berthing is at Nautico de Ribeira. Departure/docking in other port to consult
- Schedules different from the marked ones.

- Alta: 01 Junio al 30 Septiembre
- Baja: Resto año
Horarios
- ½ Jornada: 10 a 14 hrs o 16 a 20 Hrs (Depende de las condiciones de luz.)
- Jornada Completa: 11 a 19 Hrs (Consultar otros posibles horarios)
Condiciones & Cancelaciones
- Solo es posible alquiler con patrón.
- Se ofrece un aperitivo a bordo incluido en el precio.
- La reserva del barco no estará confirmada hasta el ingreso del 50% del importe total del alquiler. El resto del importe, debe abonarse al menos 24 horas antes del embarque.
- Condiciones de mal tiempo: Si se pronostica meteorología adversa que afecte a las condiciones de navegabilidad, se podrá cambiar la fecha, siempre sujeto a disponibilidad y siendo comunicado al menos 2 días antes del embarque.
- Río Cabe está cubierto por una póliza de seguro de Responsabilidad Civil como marca la legislación vigente.
Cancelaciones por parte del cliente
- En cancelaciones hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de embarque, se devolverá el 100% del importe pagado excepto una penalización de 50 € por gastos de gestión.
- En caso de cancelaciones entre 7 y 2 días antes del embarque, se devolverá el 50% del importe total pagado.
- En caso de cancelaciones de menos de 2 días antes de la fecha de embarque, el cliente perderá el 100% del importe pagado. En el caso de que la empresa pueda realquilar el barco en la fecha señalada, la empresa devolverá al cliente el importe transferido con una penalización de 50€ por gastos de gestión.
